I voted NO to proceed on the GENIUS Act, which is a bill trying to put some guardrails on the cryptocurrency industry. A week ago, I was seriously considering it, but Republican leadership snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Great – now do Congress. My bipartisan Cryptocurrency Accountability Act requires legislators to disclose digital assets like crypto, because every American should have confidence that their leaders are looking out for them, not for their own pocketbooks.
